During my stay, I encountered a few maintenance issues. The kettle and toilet seat were broken upon arrival and took time to be addressed. Additionally, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing, as they were unhelpful when I raised my concerns about these issues.

The staff were incredibly attentive, and breakfast in the room made our mornings special. The balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy coffee while soaking in the local atmosphere.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double or Twin Room for one night. The room was super clean and had a modern feel, which I loved. The bed was comfy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast service to the room was a nice touch too. Just a heads up, though—noise from the street was pretty rough, so if you're a light sleeper, maybe bring earplugs.

The shared roof terrace was a great way to relax and enjoy the view. the late check-in fee is quite high.

Re Federico Boutique offers a charming atmosphere with spacious rooms that exceed European standards. The helpful staff were instrumental in navigating the tricky access and parking. The location, in close proximity to Ortigia beach, allowed for easy relaxation after work hours. A sea view terrace would further enhance the experience.

The suite was huge with a practical bathroom. Great reception hours. Noisy at night.

The hotel is indeed very central, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants on foot. The decor is beautiful, and everything feels clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the lovely city view from my room, which added a touch of charm to my stay.

The only downside was the parking situation outside, which was relatively expensive.
